I’ve used Mailchimp in the past for my own business and for clients too. Mailchimp is a solid email marketing tool and I believe it’s especially good if you’re just starting out and you’re on a small budget.
However, I found that Mailchimp’s automation features were quite limited. And as my business grew, I found I needed a better all-in-one marketing automation system to manage everything.
