After testing both tools considerably, here are some notable differences I found:
- Content at Scale allows you to create the content again (for free) if you’re not happy with the first try. I didn’t see this option when using Surfer. Fortunately, every article I’ve created with Surfer I’ve been happy with.
- Surfer, in my experience, creates slightly higher quality articles compared to Surfer. But both are still really good!

So never use AI-generated content on its own. Only use AI content generators as a starting point and then make it better later on.
