‘What software, tools or technology do we use for lead generation and how much does it all cost?’

The typical software costs for business owners we work with ranges from $120 to $200 per month… With most clients spending $130/month.

Here’s an overview of the software most clients typically use with our lead generation services:

Phase 1: Set up your marketing & sales funnel

For best results, you will need software that allows you to host landing pages, videos, manage leads in a CRM, send out automated emails and let leads schedule a call directly in your calendar.

Here are the tools we use to do all this:

1. Kartra (for sales funnels, landing pages, email marketing, video hosting + CRM) – $120/month

2. Calendly (for booking appointments) – $0/month or $10/month (if you want to turn on automated text reminders)

Note: If you already use your own software to do something similar, we can use that too. 80% of our clients use the tools above and 20% use alternatives (such as ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, etc). Most clients prefer to use Kartra though because it’s an all-in-one solution which makes it easier to use and more cost effective compared to the alternatives. Phase 2: Generating leads

Once everything is set up, the next step is to generate leads. We have two main ways to do this. The paid and fast way (paid advertising) or the low-cost and slower way (organic channels).
